Application and data is housed in a centrally managed data center maintained by Flexcel and our customers subscribe to the services for each of their business outlets. Flexcel provides all ancillary services like implementation, testing, training, on-site support, application support, resolution of technical issues, and business process re-engineering. While the customer is merely subscribing to a technical facility, Flexcel takes on the responsibility of technology upgrades, version control, system and database maintenance, data center management, network monitoring, and also vendor management for outsourced services.
